Nexus ("Nursing Expertise Unified Standard") turns PPNI's official nursing references — SLKI (nursing outcomes), SDKI (nursing diagnoses), and standard operating procedures — into a searchable digital library. Members search by symptom, diagnosis, outcome, or intervention, browse the catalog with real publication metadata (publisher, editor, ISBN), and read full standards on a paid membership subscription.
