Overview

MyKisel is an internal super-app deployed across Telkomsel Smart Office, serving cooperative finance, payments, internal commerce, and digital top-up in a closed enterprise environment. It covers wallet-based QR payments and balance transfers, cooperative financing and SHU (profit-sharing) tracking, and — through KiselBiz — location-aware commerce for cafeteria and product ordering, supporting daily operations for Telkomsel-affiliated staff.

Responsibilities

Led mobile development and long-term maintenance across cooperative finance, payments, internal commerce, and digital top-up; feature delivery, defect resolution, performance optimization, and coordinating production releases with backend, infrastructure, and web teams.

Cross-layer integration between the mobile client, KiselBiz's merchant-side order fulfillment, and backend transaction validation, prioritizing transaction robustness and recovery, backward compatibility, and incremental scaling without disrupting daily operations.

Results & lessons learned

Sustained availability of a mission-critical internal platform under daily operational use, reduced reliance on external consumer apps for employee transactions, consolidated finance, payments, and internal commerce into a single platform, and enabled scalable onboarding of new services and payment endpoints.
